Coached Group Workouts

Your membership includes the following workouts

Swim

Focus: Technique

We will work on technique and drills before we get into the main set.

All levels welcome, workout will be modified for different skill levels.

Focus: Open Water (May - September)

We will begin these workouts mid-to late May depending on the the water temp.

Secure swimming area.

Beginner swimmers must check in with coach.

There will be three different distances, and the coach will stay with the short distance group.

Saturdays, 7:00 am
We will swim for 45 min and then ride our bikes.
Location will change monthly.

Bike

Focus: Speed

Please note that we will ride outside for as long as the weather allows. We will then be inside on bike trainers (Please bring your bike and trainer and join in on building your bike fitness.).

Open Ride (May - September)

This bike ride follows the Open Water Swim.

Saturdays 8:15 am - 9:45 am
We'll ride for 30+ miles following the Open Water Swim.
Location will change monthly.

Strength

Focus: Strength and injury prevention

We will do strength work to help keep your core strong and to stay injury free.
